Overview
LORO is enterprise field sales software for outside sales teams in South Africa. Reps use a mobile app for visits, check-ins, leads, routes, orders, and location-verified attendance. Managers use a web dashboard for pipeline, maps, reports, clients, and ops visibility.
Built for Legend Systems (loro.co.za), the product also includes optional HR modules (attendance, leave, payslips) and integrates with ERP systems such as Sage, Acumatica, and SAP so field activity connects to real customers, products, and revenue.
Problem
B2B manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors still run field ops on spreadsheets — visit logs, route plans, attendance, and orders live in disconnected tools. Managers lack live visibility, and field activity rarely feeds the ERP that actually drives revenue.

LORO replaces spreadsheet-heavy field work with connected mobile workflows, live dashboards, and ERP-ready ordering across three product surfaces.
